The BuenEd Global Student Ambassador Program ("the Program") is run by BuenEd Private Limited ("BuenEd", "we", "our") to help expand access to higher education opportunities for students worldwide, with the support of student volunteers ("Ambassadors"). Each cohort runs for approximately 8 weeks following an orientation period, as described on the Program's landing page.
The Program is an unpaid, voluntary internship-style experience. Participation does not create an employment, agency, partnership, or contractor relationship between you and BuenEd. Ambassadors are not entitled to wages, benefits, or expense reimbursement unless explicitly agreed in writing.
The Program is open worldwide to high school, undergraduate, graduate, and gap-year students. By submitting an application, you certify that the information provided is accurate and complete. BuenEd reserves the right to accept, reject, or waitlist any application at its sole discretion, and is under no obligation to explain individual selection decisions.
If accepted, you agree to make a good-faith effort to fulfill the responsibilities described on the Program page, including (but not limited to):
Ambassadors must not make false, defamatory, or misleading claims about BuenEd or competitors; engage in harassment, discrimination, or spam; or misrepresent themselves as BuenEd employees. Violations may result in immediate removal from the Program without notice.
Any marketing content, graphics, copy, or materials you create specifically for BuenEd as part of the Program may be used, reproduced, and shared by BuenEd across its website, social media, and promotional channels, with attribution where reasonably practical. You retain ownership of your original work but grant BuenEd a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use Program-related content you submit for BuenEd's marketing purposes.
Ambassadors who complete the Program receive an official BuenEd internship certificate. LinkedIn recommendations and letters of recommendation are awarded to top-performing ambassadors at BuenEd's sole discretion, based on engagement and impact during the cohort. References to "potential future paid opportunities" describe a possibility, not a guarantee or offer of future employment or compensation.
You may withdraw from the Program at any time by notifying ambassadors@buened.com. BuenEd may remove an Ambassador from the Program at any time, for any reason, including inactivity or a violation of this Code of Conduct, without obligation to provide advance notice.
Ambassadors may be given early or non-public information about BuenEd's products, plans, or internal processes in the course of the Program. Such information must be kept confidential and not shared publicly or with third parties without BuenEd's written permission.
Information submitted through your application (including your resume, if provided) is handled in accordance with BuenEd's Privacy Policy, and is accessible only to authorized BuenEd staff reviewing Program applications.
BuenEd may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Program. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued participation in the Program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Questions about these Terms or the Program can be sent to ambassadors@buened.com.
